This Psalm reminded me that everywhere we look we can see who God is through His creation, and because of all we see, He is worthy to be praised.
“The Lord sat enthroned at the flood, and the Lord sits as King forever. The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.” Psalm 29:10-11 NKJV
These verses reminded me of who God was, who He is, and who He promises to be. He sat, He sits, and He will. He is not dormant, but active and alive.
In the book of Revelation, the Lord says that He is, “the Alpha and the Omega…..the beginning and the end….who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
There is no other God like Him!

When we honour God and worship Him and we become aware of the power of His voice, and that He rules, and that He reigns it reminds us that we are His and that we can have peace knowing God has it under control.
